PrItty Vishy Shares Post-BBL Struggles as Reveals Her Tummy Swells and Hardens

Digital content creator and influencer Pretty Vishy has opened up about the challenges she is facing following her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.

In an Instagram story shared on Monday, September 15, 2025, she revealed that her tummy swells and hardens, making it essential for her to wear a compression garment.

She also shared that she is eight weeks into recovery and is eagerly awaiting the three-month mark so she can return to the gym, have her wound fully healed, and wear a bikini again.

Pretty Vishy said the compression garment was important in her recovery process.

“My tummy swells and hardens nisipo vaa faja. Now that’s why the compressor is important, and I am supposed to be in it 24/7,” she said. The influencer added that she visits her surgeon weekly to monitor the healing of her wounds and ensure that her body is recovering as expected.

Despite the challenges, she remains optimistic and looks forward to resuming normal activities, including exercising at the gym.

During an interview with a local YouTuber, she disclosed that the total cost of the procedures was over Ksh500,000. Initially, she had only planned to remove fat, but after a medical examination, her doctor recommended the BBL to address dimples in her backside, and she agreed.

“The goal was kutoa mafuta peke yake, but then my doctor told me I have some dimples in the ass and that it should be fixed, and I agreed to it,” she said. While she did not disclose the exact amount, she estimated that Ksh500,000 would generally cover such procedures.

Pretty Vishy’s honesty about her recovery and expenses sheds light on the realities of cosmetic enhancements and the dedication required to maintain the desired results for anyone considering similar procedures.
