Kenyan socialite and media personality Vera Sidika has revealed that most of the people who admire her are women.
On an Instagram reel on Monday, September 15, 2025, she said she has observed over time that women, even those in relationships, show her the most love and excitement.
According to Vera, this has been a consistent pattern in her career. She noted that while men also recognise her, women are the ones who celebrate her the most, and she appreciates the bond she shares with them.
Describes herself as a girl’s girl
Vera explained that she strongly identifies as a “girl’s girl.” By this, she meant that she genuinely enjoys seeing women thrive, and she also loves the support she receives in return.

“Most of the people who go crazy over me are women. Even girls with their boyfriends, their husbands. Like girls love me so much, and I love them too,” she said.
The mother of two added that she admires women who are bold and beautiful. “I am a girl’s girl. I love beautiful women, and Kenyan women are beautiful,” Vera stated.
She said that her connection with women goes beyond her social media platforms. Whether in public events, personal interactions, or online, she notices that women always form the largest part of her support base.
What women admire
While expressing her gratitude, Vera also asked a playful question about why women admire her so much. She wondered if it was because of her physical looks or her personality.

“You guys know that. I have been observant that most girls love me. Or is it just that girls are appreciative? Do you guys just love my body?” she asked.
Vera has often been a central figure in Kenya’s entertainment and lifestyle scene. Over the years, she has built a strong brand that mixes glamour, entrepreneurship, and influence.
Her ability to stay in the public eye has kept her among the most talked-about celebrities in the country.
With her latest remarks, she says she values the support she gets from women and sees it as proof of the strength of sisterhood in Kenya.
