Pastor Victor Kanyari, founder and head preacher of Salvation Healing Ministries, has revealed that he is set to acquire a Ksh90 million mansion in Runda, Nairobi, which he plans to move into with his two children, Sky and Dany.

Speaking on Sunday, November 16, 2025, Kanyari revealed that he recently visited Runda with members of his church to view properties.

He said that during the visit, there was one mansion, valued at Ksh90 million, that stood out distinctly in his mind, compelling him to declare it as the house he intended to buy.

“Yesterday, I was in Runda looking for a house to buy. I went with some people from my church, and the house we looked at was valued at 90 million shillings. I told the people with me that this is the house we will buy,” Kanyari said.

The property features a swimming pool, which Kanyari said will provide a space where his children can enjoy themselves and have fun.

The pastor noted that while some members of his group suggested a more affordable house valued at Ksh45 million, he decided to go for the more expensive option.

He said the decision was motivated by his desire to give his children a comfortable home where they can spend time and engage in activities such as swimming.

“It even has a swimming pool. Some of them suggested another house worth 45 million, but I told them no, we will buy this 90 million house. This is where my children will live and enjoy themselves, swimming and spending time there,” Kanyari added.

On the same day, the Kangundo road-based pastor revealed why he has not remarried since his marriage with gospel singer Betty Bayo ended more than seven years ago.

The pastor, who shares two children with the late ‘Busy Busy’ crooner, said that he has not found another woman with the qualities he admired in Betty.

He said that most of the women he meets now do not meet the standards he values in a life partner.

“The reason why I have never remarried is that I have never found a woman like Betty Bayo again. The other women I meet are either crazy or lack the qualities I want in a life partner,” Kanyari said.

He explained that he has never met a woman in his church who is emotionally stable, intelligent, and capable of managing a household while also being a supportive partner.

The pastor added that he would rather remain single than take someone randomly and risk problems for himself or his children.

“I have never met a woman in this church who is mentally stable and whom I would consider marrying. The women in this church are not of sound mind, and I know how to read character,” Kanyari added.
